We've been eating lots of steak and pasta. (not together lol)

Steak: seasoning salt, worchester sauce, steak seasoning (we use mccormicks mesquite & spicy). Marinade or cook in skillet with portabello mushrooms. Add a baked potato and salad. Voila!

Pasta: family favorite - chicken alfredo or fettuccini We like to cook the chicken in the skillet and use Bertelli mushroom alfredo sauce. Yum! Spaghetti is also good - though David doesn't care for it. Serve with cheesy bread and a salad.
We love salads in the summertime!

Hope this gives you some ideas. :)

Thank you for these . Pasta cold fixed many ways is great when it is hot.
I am tired of the same thing over and over that is why I ask for some ideas.
We like to eat out side under the shade trees . We are blessed with a nice back yard. Would like to hear from some others , thank you.

God bless you all

If my kids are good, I always promise them a pine float. You make it sound real good and special so they behave. Then if they're good all day, you take them home, singing the praises of an ice cold pine fioat all the way. You serve it up with ice in a nice frosty mug. Deeeeelicious. (Recipie in next post)

Okay, it's something I plan to do in the future, my kids aren;t old enough to do this to yet ;)

Pine Float:

One frosty mug
Some ice (crushed or cubed)
8-12 oz cold tap water
One pine toothpick, floating on top

!!!Voila!! A pine float :rolling
