This is a steak marinade I came up with (works with chicken too).

What you need:

12" x 12" clear baking dish or pan.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcester Sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion (dried or fresh)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp "What's this seasoning" Seasoning salt
1 tsp mesquite seasoning
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup BBQ sauce (for whichever flavor)

What to do:

Mix ingredients and pour into pan.
Add 2-3 lbs of meat (Chicken or Steak) for marinade.

Use 75% or 3/4 of amounts for 9" x 9" pan.

LOL You might want to add a couple of things. The "What's This?" seasoning is not well-known so any seasoning salt should work. Also what do you do with the other 25% of the marinade? Ha! I know - you use that to coat the meat while grilling, right? ;)

You can use it to coat the meat, and I did use it last time for coating the meat.
