WASHINGTON, March 27, 2006—“In God We Trust” has been America’s official motto since 1956.

Today, the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) filed a friend-of-the-court brief in federal court in Sacramento, Calif., on behalf of 47 members to ensure that it remains that way.

Yeah, as there are a few people who don't like the motto and are trying to get rid of it.

Praise the Lord.
Do you know that here there are some christians who post bible verses here in
public places. We have a christian raido station about 3 miles down the road.
Lowes and Wal Mart at Christmas would not let their employes say Merry Christmas. When other businesses got word of this they too tryed it. Well
that did not last long. They found out that it did not work. They all started to loose money. No one told the people to stay away, the people most of which are Christian let it be knowen where they stood. We got to have Christmass our way. Non Christians got Chrismess trees and could say Merry Christmess and all was like it was before. I am sure there are more small towns who had Christmas. This Easter thing makes me laugh.

God bless you all
